Nothing is rendered for series when value is surrounded by null values

Hello, I have a similar issue as #1042, where the user had null points, followed by a non-null point, then more nulls.

I'm in a similar predicament, however I am dealing with two series (min and max) and have a band on both those series to fill in the space between them, and I was wondering if instead of showing points, it's possible to have a thin vertical line or a thin band fill shown just so you know data is there?

i think we can possibly re-use the clip paths to draw a line there. can you share your data here?

The data would look something like this:

It's only when I zoom out that data starts hiding, when there's more data points involved lines/bands show up okay.

Let me know if you need any more info, would really appreciate the help as I've totally confused myself trying to get this to work - I was trying to mess about with the path building algorithm but didn't get to a concrete solution myself.

i'll try to solve this in the core. i think pointing people to add more code [1] just so their data doesnt disappear is not an acceptable answer anymore.
