Simple implementation of the tree command

Installation

Install and start jboss forge. In the forge shell type:

forge install-plugin tree

or

forge git-plugin git://github.com/lefloh/forge-tree-plugin.git

Please use Branch 1.2.3.Final if you are using Forge 1.2.3.Final or smaller. See FORGE-895.
