- rowToFolder: new Date(timestamp).toISOString() for createdAt/updatedAt
- rowToFolder: null → undefined for icon and parentId
- rowToPrompt: convert created_at/updated_at number → ISO string
- rowToVersion: convert created_at number → ISO string
- update(): new Date(now).toISOString() for updatedAt

ci: web Docker now triggered by web-v* tags only (desktop keeps v*)
