- sync.test.ts: mock mkcolWebDavDirectory to fix 422 push error
- sync.test.ts: update remoteFile assertions to prompthub-backup/data.json
- sync.test.ts: pushWebDavFile called twice (data.json + manifest.json)
- webdav.server.test.ts: maxBytes 512KB → 100MB
