Self-made .deb package for legendary

[RadND]

Package name is currently 'legendary'. I feel it would be better to keep it consistent with the PyPI package name, so it might be renamed to legendary-gl in the future.

Packaged on linuxmint22.3 ,should works on debian12 and above ,ubuntu2404 and above, and any distro depend on these

Since I've already gotten this far, I might consider packaging for rare in the future, but that will have to wait until mint updates, as ubuntu2404 doesn't have the pyside6 package.
