Fixes

• Reject Excel date-mangled text in AssayConditions. Excel silently converts text like the antibody clone Oct4 or gene names (MARCH1, SEPT9) into real date cells, which were previously uploaded to OMERO as 2026-10-04 00:00:00. The parser now detects date-typed cells in AssayConditions and raises a clear error naming the exact cells to fix.
