Changes

• Update controls on data editor to a ribbon UI using Windows Community Toolkit
• Add a few extra controls to the data editor page (Format JSON, Undo, Redo)
• Center UI of record page (hopefully)
• Add option to toggle the visibility of the effect selection text under the media player (off by default, also meaning that the extra text is not visible)
• Add work-in-progress option to enable fanfare on file submission (will do nothing if toggled right now, will be added in 3.2.1)
• Add transition animations when switching pages

Fixes

• Add fail-safes to application in the case that the application runs whilst the computer is offline
• Fix update toast not showing if folder is loaded on launch when folder memory is enabled
