Updating MariaDB and databases?

Hi there

Where do I get updated versions of MariaDB from?? MariaDB.org does not appear to be online or from where I am seems not to want to load!

Installing I would think should be easy as unzipping the packages into the right folder Laragon8\bin\mysql in my case.

And then how to update the databases to the newer MariaDB version??

I have Laragon v8.6.1 currently

Hey @RAMINCNZ, you can try some mirrors of MariaDB but be aware that non-official sites may pack MariaDB with malware.

That said, I'd try this NetCologne GmbH mirror as they are a European based real company and more trustworthy than some-shady-website.org:

MariaDB (and others) publish hashs of their packages, so if you compare your hash of the download to the hash of the official download from mariadb.org, then it should be safe to install and to use.
