CreateTrackable radians facing instead of degrees

On latest version, 1.36.2.21230, CreateTrackable appears to take facing in radians.

The documentation currently says it would take degrees:

Is this just wrong or was there a regression by wc3 patch? I, too, thought, that the function took degrees before.

It's safe the assume functions didn't change this way. Introduced in ROC Beta. I probably didn't test with an angle other than 0 ;)
