Our interview & skills assessment process is in flux

The middle and final stages of the application and interview process is in flux:

• The Technical Interview has been adjusted, although it bears a lot of resemblance to our prior one. We may still tweak a bit but the format should be generally consistent at this point.
• The skills tests, as previously described, need to change a lot due to the arrival of AI and we are likely to iterate pretty heavily on these as we see how they work and get feedback from candidates.
• Some of our candidates are interested in contract-to-hire positions which open the possibility of cutting short the evaluation process and just working together on real projects for a week or two. This will likely replace some of the skills tests and the "collaborative work day" defined in our process.

I'll be posting here and refining the docs as we gain clarity on what the new process looks like.
