What changed

• Removed 8-state selection screen
• App now opens directly to 4 action cards
• Tap 🎲 to reshuffle, ➕ to add your own action
• Weighted random based on global usage (not per-state)

Philosophy: You already know you're stuck. You don't need to diagnose which state. Just get 4 options and escape.
