This repository contains training materials, datasets, and slides for the Basic R Training (2026) organized by:
National Data Management and Analytics Center (NDMC), Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI)
The training is designed to strengthen the data analytics capacity of EPHI public health professionals for public health decision-making in Ethiopia.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Install and navigate R and RStudio
- Import and clean datasets
- Perform data manipulation using tidyverse
- Create visualizations with ggplot2
- Conduct basic data analysis
- Produce reproducible reports using Quarto
