Description
I am removing myself from the CODEOWNERS and MAINTAINERS.md files due to inactivity.
This change is necessary because being listed as a code owner while not actively maintaining or reviewing code is misleading and slows things down for everyone else. This PR aligns ownership with actual activity (or lack thereof, in this case).
