Request: Add support for DeepSeek provider

Open Notebook looks great! I'd love to see support added for DeepSeek models. It's a very cost-effective option compared to other providers, which would make the tool more accessible.

While I initially looked into an automatic setup for DeepSeek, I now realize that supporting multiple providers directly might be redundant. Users can already achieve the same flexibility using tools like Ollama or Open Router as you stated.
