Fixes

• Fixed an ANR/freezing issue after partial Nostr relay sync.
• Partial relay failures now complete as a nonfatal sync state instead of leaving the UI vulnerable to repeated work.
• Improved markdown and bare URL rendering safety so malformed, long, or URL-heavy notes do not block the main thread.
• Preserved local notes when one relay is unreachable.
• Updated Android and Linux package version to 0.1.1.
