Swapping out ObjectiveC-Git for SwiftGit #126
Description
What's the best path forward to swapping out Objective-C-Git for SwiftGit?
Context:
There is a big push for Apple platform adoption of the Swift programming language. The Swift programming has gotten much better support overall on all platforms. Additionally, Objective-C-libgit has not been updated for over 5 years.
Action:
Please merge this PR #125 that
- updates the Swift icon
- updates the link to https://github.com/SwiftGit2/SwiftGit2
- removes the Apple icon
