It looks like the CI referenced (library_check) actually only builds the library. Given the CI already builds the library, this is unnecessary. At some point it may have actually run host unit-tests, but unit-testing without hardware in the loop is somewhat pointless.

Change the code to reflect the fact that it's for picosdk and not arm-mcu.
