Summary

Preparing for a v1 release. Remove code for some IIIF features and Google Cloud Storage bucket support I thought we might want to add but ended up being out of scope

• Remove unused GCS, IIIF Search, and IIIF Auth stub surfaces from the v1 release surface.
• Keep real Presentation write auth and local URL source auth-probe behavior.
• Add human-readable byte-size config support, including 500GiB, 1GiB, and 512MiB.
• Improve annotation-editor support by exposing Presentation ETag through CORS for If-Match writes.
• Fix the container quickstart by shipping sample images and creating writable runtime cache/data paths.
