Integrate ldlite with Reporting App in FOLIO

It would be so amazing if we could connect ldlite to the Reporting App in FOLIO. To see what this looks like, https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/ldp. This is connected to metadb currently.

We should have access in our sandbox but you need Aaron N. to give you permission.

Will require requesting hosting provider to install the app to user's tenant. Whether this is included by default or allowed will vary by hosting provider.

I've gotten the FOLIO Reporting App to connect to LDLite. It immediately errors though. I will have to dig through the actual module code to understand what it is expecting from LDLite and not getting.
