1.99.x fail to build from source

Hey! Package maintainer for Arch Linux here, I'm currently having an issue building loadtracker from the 1.99.1 git tag. 1.99.0 also fails to build due to the same error.

Here's the output when invoking cmake:

Hello, just got around to packaging 1.99.3 and I'm getting another failure:

Thanks, forgot to test with exsid. Fixed in the latest release
