Publish GitHub Action not working properly

Current issue

GitHub Action can't work properly because has no authentication data.

Expected Fix

Use this package on Github Action to allow authentication on pub site and publish the plugin automatically.

This fix above doesn't worked either. So I left a sample repository which contains an action that works to publish a package. lakscastro/sample-dart-package.

Probably closed by this last commit. But I'll close it only when it works when dry-run equals to false in the latest v0.3.0 version

Fixed by using lakscastro/sample-dart-package. On publish.yaml action.
