Cell data area update issue. (Gui,Win)

Nip2 - 7.28.0 beta (n0,?) [Win Xp Sp3 NL 32bits]

Cell data display area seems a little bugged. Its not redrawn/updated for the empty parts, when needed.

This is the image thumbnail background not being painted.

nip2 paints a stipple pattern for the thumbnail background, but the win32 gtk backend does not support gdk stipple, so you just see an unpainted area of screen.

We could change the background paint to a solid colour (which win32 gdk does support) but the proper fix is really to switch to the newer Cairo drawing system which is fully supported on all platforms.

So ... this will go away when nip2 painting switches to Cairo.

(In addition something else also seems to be gone. Ghost image data, That tended to show up in nip2 windows when scrolling them, When that window was partially covered by a other window or sticking out of the windows desktop.)
