By compiling with experimental lnd and setting --routing.assumechanvalid, autopilot is enabled and will start creating channels even before cfheaders are synced.

By compiling with experimental lnd and setting --routing.assumechanvalid, autopilot is enabled and will start creating channels even before cfheaders are synced. Additionally, syncing should now take <10 minutes rather than over an hour.
