cant' start appImage

Can't start appImage. From gui - nothing happends, from terminal this:
[14225:0424/145712.339711:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(163)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_Modly-XVMUyI/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

I had the same problem, I solved it by adding apparmor profile to /etc/apparmor.d/modly:
