Modal defaults / tabindex updates

This feature would affect multiple pages, but I will give a specific example for the Plan tab:

Under the "Plan" tab, being able to right click on the map and have a popup appear to enter information is great. Just a couple thoughts for reducing clicking around on the modal and speeding up entry. Currently, once the modal appears, you cannot tab to any textbox within the modal. You have to physically click into one of the modal textboxes to begin tab-navigation and text entry (or hit tab many times)

• Default the keyboard to the first textbox available within each modal ("Search places..." or "Name *" if this makes more sense for this page) so the user can begin typing immediately or tab around where they need to
• Alternatively, if you right-click and the modal appears, have the capability to hit the Tab key to move the cursor into the modal immediately
  • Currently, hitting Tab navigates all elements underneath and eventually moves into the modal (takes 17 Tab keystrokes to get into the "Search places..." textbox from a right-click)

Done: dialogs now put the focus inside right away (on desktop straight into the first text field), Tab stays inside the dialog, and closing it gives the focus back. It's coming in the next big update.
