Mark saved place as visited directly from a trip

The place's UI within a trip shows which collections the place is saved in. It would be great to have an opportunity to mark the place as visited in all these collections directly from this dialog box. Also doing this for all places in a trip at once would also help a lot.

Both halves are in 4.0.0.

From the place dialog — the save-to-list picker now shows each list's own status next to it, and one tap cycles it. There is also a single Visited everywhere action that marks it in every list holding it at once. A list shared with you read-only shows its status but does not offer to change it.

For a whole trip — the places panel has a mark visited action in its selection bar, and the same in the bulk toolbar on phones. Select all, one tap, and every saved copy of those places is marked visited.

Matching is done server-side on the place's provider id, its coordinates, or the link a place saved out of that trip already carries — so a copy you renamed inside a list is still found.
