Server/Admin Settings for Notifications

I have email smtp setup for password recovery, but don't really want to be sending my users email notifications. I'd appreciate a server setting to disable individual/all notification for all users.

Enjoying using the app so far and excited to try it out on a real trip soon!

I'd like to add on this one - it should be possible to define deployment-wide default notification settings. I have a private instance, and every single user complaints that they get absolutely obliterated by 70 spam emails after creating a trip.

I would create a trip, start planning it, and then everyone in that trip would wake up to an absolute boomboclat of 70 emails about every single attraction, hotel, flight and train.

Done! Admins now get a notification defaults matrix: each event and channel can be on, off or blocked by default for all users, and blocked ones show as locked in the user settings. It ships with the next big update.
