Add accomodation to calendar subscription

Hello,

It would be great to be able to view accommodation in the subscribed calendar without having to manually add the accomodation to each day. Ideally it would be added as an all day event to the days you are staying. Additionally having an event in the calendar for checkin and checkout times (if supplied) would be great too.

Both parts are in 4.0.0.

The reason a hotel barely showed up was that it does not keep its dates on the reservation at all — the booking form leaves those empty for hotels and lets the stay (start day, end day, check-in/out times) carry them. The feed only ever looked at the reservation, so at best you got a single all-day event on the arrival day.

Now:

• The stay itself is one all-day event covering every night, arrival day to departure day, so it sits above those days in your calendar instead of appearing once. The dates come from the trip days it is attached to, which also means reordering days moves the event with them.
• Check-in and check-out are separate timed events on those two days whenever you entered the times. If you also gave a check-in window, its end becomes that event's end time.

Nothing to switch on and no re-entry needed; existing stays get this on the next feed refresh.
