Inconsistent map sizing

The map size is inconsistent in Collections. Uncertain if this is intended, but if it is it is a little difficult to use. There are some examples below of the inconsistencies.

Good catch, and the screenshots made it obvious. This came in with the mobile rewrite: collections rendered the map as a fixed-height card inside the scrolling page, while trip and journal fill the whole viewport. Fixed for 4.1.2: the collections map now grows to fill the screen down to the tab bar, keeping its card look. Closing as done.
