Company Half Day Holidays

[SirShakes]

My company has a couple half day holidays throughout the year... if the half day selection could work with the company holiday toggle it would help align my vacation days with the actual usage.

Thanks @SirShakes! Coming in the next big release: company holidays in Vacay can be half days, and a half company holiday only takes half a day of leave.
