Extended Options for Places in the Daily Itinerary - drive, hike , ...

[5799448]

In the daily itinerary, each place should have an option to:

• include in the main route
• Show only as a POI on the map
• Change route type – e.g. from 🚗 driving to 🥾 walking

Walking routes should be displayed with a dashed line, while driving routes remain solid.

This would allow destinations that cannot be reached directly by car to be properly integrated into the daily itinerary.

Thanks @5799448! Coming in the next big release: right click a place in the day plan and "Leave out of route" keeps it on the day but out of the route, and walked stretches are drawn dashed on the map.
