How to register a user?

Probably something obvious I am missing but where do you register as a user in TREK? I have deployed the latest version via docker and can access the login page. But I see no where to register as a user. Could someone point out what I am missing.

Take a look at the logs in docker (docker logs trek) :)

Thank you. I looked in the trek logs but not the docker logs

it will log out default credentials only on first startup
