[FEATURE] Allow hiding sections in Collab panel

While the Discord invite seems to be broken I am posting this here.

Most of the trips I'm planning include 2 people. That means 'polls' are pretty much useless. The 'what's next' section is something I have not yet figured out and messages are also 'one more messenger I don't need all the time'. Most important is Notes section.

So I thought toggling them off would result in a clearer UI.

What do you think?
I am happy to try my shot at implementing this, but could use some pointers.

Open questions:

• persistence mechanism - server-side via settings / trip table ?
• scoped to single user or the trip itself
• the notes fonts are pretty small - maybe could be made larger a bit ?

You're making some good point here. We'll talk about it internally and we will think about the right way to hide/show those components
