[IMPROVEMENT]Allow users to share their vacay calendar instead of merging them

When setting up Vacay, I mainly want to use this as a coordination tool between myself and friends/my partner. As we might have different schedules or have different company holidays, the users should be able to set their Vacay settings for themselves and not for the fusioned calendar. e.g.: I'm on a 5 days work schedule with 30 days and company holidays over Christmas. My partner has a 4 days work schedule (every Friday off), 24 days of vacation and no company holidays. Currently we can not do this well out of the box and would have to do a workaround with additional vacation days for my partner to show the Fridays off and company holidays for me.

Tl;dr: Move (or offer the option to) the vacay logic from a collaborative calendar to a shared holiday overlay (more akin to the typical calendar view).

I too would like to be able to have the vacay calendar have one or more company holidays. This would be very useful to coordinate between friends and partners that may have different company holidays.

The vision: I can mark and set my company holidays and my vacation usage gets calculated against it, while the other members in the shared vacay can have their own company holidays and allocations set.

Additionally the vacay feature should be able to sync with a real calendar (like a google calendar).
For example, if Alice creates a vacation in vacay, the linked calendar would end up with a new event with some standard name (like Alice - Vacation). When creating a company holiday, trek could create a calendar entry named something like Alice - Company Holiday. Same concept for Bob's vacay. These entries in the shared calendar would get updated by Trek (additions and removals). So that the google calendar is (partially) 'synced' with Trek.

These enhancements would make it easy to maintain a shared calendar between friends. In which vacations and company holidays are mapped to actions in Trek, and any other events simply ignored by Trek.
