[BUG/feature] Allow to edit state of journey

Maybe someone could say its feature request but i think its leaning more to being a bug

Currently if you don't connect journey to trip you don't have any option to change state of journey from concept to being active and finished, only to archive it.
It so weird to have state locked behind connecting it to trip, yeah its definitely better to make it connect but some times you go on trip that is planned by some else and you only tag along

solution:
Change button so the state will go from concept -> live -> done ->archived and back with other one

Done! In the journey settings you can now set the status yourself (draft, live or completed) or leave it on automatic, which follows the linked trips like before. That also works for journeys without a trip. It ships with the next big update.
