Web Push Notifications

Would love to see Web Push notifications in TREK.

Use cases:

• Trip starts in N days
• Collaborator added a place or sent a chat message

this would be especially great with the PWA (https://whatpwacando.today/notifications) and with notifications about the collaboration features like chat, we could actually use the chat. Right now It is more or less luck whether someone ever reads the chat.

Make sure to have notification category so user can choose to receive.

Web Push is done and ships with the next big release. Once an admin switches it on, each device can opt in under Settings > Notifications, and you choose per event what comes in by push (trip reminders, chat messages, invites, bookings and so on). On iPhone and iPad it works from the app added to the home screen.
