Create a shared email address for allowing multiple maintainers to login to social accounts

To allow multiple maintainers to manage Twitter, Mastodon, etc. (w/ 2FA), we have to have a shared email account.
Not sure if gmail, outlook.com, etc. allow sharing an account.

We asked CNCF to create a private mailing list (CNCF Service Desk ticket 2960), but it didn't work for Twitter as emails are delayed by an hour.

I guess the "Delegate & collaborate on email" feature of gmail may work
