v2.0.3 / v1.2.3 planning

Planning to release Lima v2.0.3 and v1.2.3 after the release of nerdctl v2.2.1:

• v2.2.1 planning containerd/nerdctl#4647

I was initially planning to create release/2.0 branch from the v2.0.2 tag and cherry-pick some commits from master to there, but I guess we can just directly ship a release from the master branch, as not so many new features were added since the release of v2.0.2: v2.0.2...master

Either one is fine, but why not just release 2.1.0 from whatever is in master?
