Pre-Answer & Scope Clarification for Proposal #304 (W-001) Thank you for the triage acceptance into MOONSHOT.md (W-001, Slot 1, Family A) and the rigorous architectural stress test. To address the key points raised during review: Migration Path & Incremental Adoption: Interaction with Local Loan Rules (A2/A3) & Managed Blocks: False-Positive Elimination: Proposal Issue: #304 Payout Wallets: USDC / USDT (Base / BNB Smart Chain): 0x70599B23CF2a064d656643282a3C679F3fF03beB |
Slot 12 · W-012 (#268) — Pre-answer and evidence closeoutCONDITIONAL GO: embedded Rust→WASM/Wazero is viable; a pure-Go checker rewrite is not recommended. Formal M1 acceptance remains for the scheduled maintainer review. Demonstrated evidence
Canonical 100-run benchmark snapshotRecorded at b3d73c2, before the closeout added envelope validation:
These are the earlier measured snapshot, not new measurements of the hardened wrapper. Added validation overhead and end-to-end editor latency remain unmeasured. The original 15–40 ms typical subprocess estimate was overstated on this host. BoundariesOn-disk go-vet/singlechecker integration is demonstrated. Stock-gopls arbitrary plugins, unsaved .hy buffers, a completed standalone LSP, and long-duration memory leak freedom are not demonstrated. A standalone LSP/daemon and browser delivery remain viable architecture directions. types.Info supplies structural information; Hybrid-specific Produce/Borrow/Mutate/Consume ownership/effect descriptors remain necessary. No percentage of foreign stubs is asserted. Public evidence
W-012 accepted into the ledger → pre-answer submitted → awaiting formal M1 review, Slot 12, co-reviewed with W-011. No upstream feature PR was opened for this evidence closeout. |

The November wildcard review window opens 2026-11-01 00:00 UTC. This thread is the scheduled venue: every ledger entry has a slot, and M1 verdicts (accept with milestones / decline with reason) will be posted here with written reasons, per MOONSHOT.md.
What came in: the first harvest brought 19 submissions, triaged on 2026-10-17 — 17 ledger entries (W-001…W-017) + 2 duplicate-credits. All are attacks on the active solicitation prompts, and the quality bar of the arguments is genuinely high.
