Update Home summary matrix, per-version Support-Matrix, and Data-Plane-and-Failover pages from repo wiki/ sources. (Mirrors main repo commit 455226c; wiki sources live in main repo.)

docs(wiki): default-off data plane, rename page, self-check wording - Data-Plane-and-Failover renamed to "主控热切与加权分流" / "Control failover and weighted routing"; restructured with user-facing intro before technical details; default value aligned to network.dataPlane.enabled = false. - Drop smoke-test jargon across user docs; replace with self-check / compatibility-test wording. - Configuration / FAQ / Features / Sidebar / Home: align default and naming with the new capabilities and the off-by-default switch. - README feature-table entries (Control failover, Weighted routing) restored; default changed to false.
