You might have prettier config in your IDE or somewhere else, as I see style changes only. Maybe we should run oxfmt on commit to ensure we don't have this.

Updates the recovery so that it first ensures that the
latestShais available via the recovery mechanism, instead of considering it a failure and only inspecting the current commit when it really should look at a range.
