Description:
This pull request enhances the language selection dropdown by introducing scrollable behavior when the list of available locales exceeds a certain height.
Changes Made:
Added max-height: 500px to the language dropdown menu.
Enabled vertical scrolling with overflow-y: auto.
Preserved existing styles and responsive behavior.
