Support more quotes options

We should also support (all multiline by default):

`single quotes`
'single quotes'
"single quotes"

And also any number of quotes for easy escaping:

``double quotes, with even x2 to escape like this: ```` - that will be exactly two double quotes``
''double quotes, with even x2 to escape like this: '''' - that will be exactly two double quotes''
""double quotes, with even x2 to escape like this: "" - that will be exactly two double quotes""

And the same for triple quotes and so on. We can support any number of quotes length like this, meaning we can support wildest environments.

We should add tests up to 5 quotes, but support essentially unlimited, all we need for them to match closing with opening.
