- Pin linkml-map to cross-table-populated-from branch (includes #155 + #159 + #166 fix) - Add age_at_observation cross-table join to body height and HDL cholesterol specs (pht000002/pht000003 → pht000001 via dbGaP_Subject_ID) - Add test_mapping_cross_table_age integration test asserting age * 365 = 14600 - Rename dotted column names in pre_cleaned toy data (participant.id → participant_external_id, study.id → study_id) — transform_spec engine interprets dots as join paths
