📌 Summary
This PR already adds the ACL to the LKE control plane on cluster creation. In order for that to work it queries the external IP of the GH runner and adds it to the ACL. Later the ACL is set to only cover the IPs for internal use.
Also a released version of LKE-E has been added to the options.
