We decided to merge this one instead: #2205 includes the previous RC merge commit produced when that was merged into develop; this current PR does not, because only the Tokyo 2 migration guide commits were cherry picked from master. We decided that it's inevitable that those RC merge commits will flow back into develop via hot fix branches (at least, that's what the git flow diagram suggests), so we might as well put it here instead of in a later hot fix. |

This PR merges the T1T2 updates from original PR #2204 authored by @nmelehan and merged into Master (release 0.4.1). The purpose of the PR is to merge those changes into the develop branch.
