This PR updates the guide to Ubuntu 18.04 and Puppet 6.1. Some commands were removed, namely the installation of
puppet-passenger, and the command to ensure the newest version of Puppet, as they were obsolete and returned an earlier version of Puppet, respectively. One section about creating anexampledirectory in thefirewallmodule was refactored, as it kept returning an error that the use of a resource statement was unacceptable in that file location.
