Updating the Backup Service limitations section to give more context around how many files will cause problems for the file count limitation. The consensus from different members of the team in DOCS-140 was that providing a specific number can be misleading. Instead, we are updating the language to say that the percentage of customers who have enough files to cause issues for the backup service is low.
