Also include brief mention of ws-create in both linode-cli and s3cmd sections.
Added a section to each tool for static sites to remove them from the 'other commands' sections. Also, included relevant section to Cyberduck.
Guide will now pass Travis 404 test and can be merged into feature branch. This link will be updated once SSG Obj guide is merged.
