This code needs major refactoring, so let's remove it for now to get rid of warnings and reimplement later.
Removing to get rid of unused warnings. This will need to be revisited in the future.

Cleans up a bunch of unused stuff to make it tidier. We can pull these changes back in when we're ready to implement those features.
